I'm a member and I have always received the best customer care and service from the Team at Belmont store. No matter which staff member serves me, they are always helpful and efficient. Thanks and keep up the great work. I need additional clothing like a hole in the head, but I always manage to find another item to add to my burgeoning wardrobe. Love Kathmandu.

In the middle of my holiday and my hiking shoes died. Tenika at Kathmandu Belmont WA was helpful, knowledgeable and she rang another store so I could get the waterproof pair. Brilliant service. Thankyou, most appreciated and I hope I got your name right!

Just spent over $500 in a different store and was happy wearing my jacket to Belmont store but one of the lady came to embarrassed me in public thinking I just stole it off their rack. Didn't even asked if she could check but went straight to my back to flip the label hoping to find a tag!!! How rude and non apologetic after saying she's only doing her job as too many incidents in that area. Never returning to that store again!! If you can't handle your Belmont crowd, move elsewhere then!!

Great place to shop for hiking shoes, boots etc, warm waterproof jackets, etc, become a club member and get really good discounts on everything you buy. Really friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Great service from staff members. I wanted a different sized item and they quickly located it another store and had them hold it so I could exchange it for the one I bought from them. That way I secured the discount due for my purchase but also guaranteed correct size. Thanks ladies..sorry I didn't get your names. ( Saturday staff)
