Quality equipment for hiking the great outdoors at very good prices. The crew in store are helpful and willing to share their experiences with the products in stock. The range is good. Overall I got everything I needed and enjoyed my shop.

would've been good to know they were closed on Boxing Day, website says only closed Christmas day... Pretty poor form to advertise a Boxing Day sale and be closed.

Bought something recently from BCF. It was delivered with some sort of gift card. Looks like a prepaid voucher but it's actually a prompt to get you to buy a gift card for BCF, Rebel Sports, Supercheap Auto or Macpac.What an absolutely predatory way of marketing. Disgusting.

Unpleasant experience shopping here. I approached the older male staff member about the Merrell hiking shoes - I had asked if they were good for hiking, hoping to be sold on the features of the shoe e.g. yes they're great or no/I would recommend another brand. Instead I got a disinterested look of disdain and a dismissive answer with absolute contempt that made me feel stupid.At the very least his colleague was able to step in and explain the features of the shoe which was helpful. Unfortunately by this stage I just wanted to leave the store. Hopefully in the future you take note that some customers are beginners and new to these products and actually provide some customer service. I won't be shopping here again. Thank you at least to the other staff members - they were friendly and helpful despite it being a very busy day.

Great outdoor shop, needed a lock for my suitcase after airline broke it. Open on Sundays so really handy. Staff helpful.
