Store Manager was not helpful, wasting my time, I did not end up buying. I had to wait 30 minutes for her to look up my membership details on their database. Even after I gave her my membership details. I lost my $10 voucher. Very disappointing.

I can't believe how nice everyone is here even when it's packed. I was in on the weekend and because of their Winter Sale they were flat out but they were always smiling and willing to help out. Mind you there was only 2 staff on with about 10 people in the store all asking for help!I went in for their special deal on the puffer jacket but they didn't have my size on the shop floor, the girl that served me searched high and low and even went out the back to look for one for me but couldn't find anything. Because of that she did however order one in for me! She even recommended in how to care for the jacket too, I would have never known if she didn't tell me.

The customer service person was really helpful without being intrusive. I got my bargain buy. The cashier was courteous as well.

Wow great staff spent less than 1 minute looking before a staff member came to assist me.I explained what i wanted for my travel and although it wasnt displayed the lady knew were it was and knew all about the type of sleeping bag i was after.I never thought id shop here but now i will definitely be back with a great range.

The all of staffs were incredibly friendly and the service was quick and amazing. I would love to recommend to shop this store if I need to buy any Kathmandu items

Lack of stock throughout the store. Staff were more interested in stacking shelves than helping customers. No one offered any assistance, and I had to line up at the register every single time I had a question, while the others were just packing stock. Staff did not seem interested in customers and acted like they didn’t have time for us.I ended up buying what I wanted online instead, because it was easier. If all your staff are like this; you will lose more and more business. Customers should come first, and I didn’t feel like the staff cared whether I wanted to shop there or not. Disappointing first visit, and will be my last.
